WEEK TEN

Preparing your presentation

Presentation day is fast approaching and everyone is eager to get the project completed and make sure were getting our point across through our video .We decided that with time not of the essence it would be more beneficial to take time out and meet in person . Everyone was in agreement with this. We came to the conclusion during the meeting that we would make a video on an everyday routine of a working person and how your actions are impacting our planet. We decided the most efficient way to divide the work would be for each member of the team to take a different time of the day . I got the hours of 8pm to 11pm .

We agreed that if each of us gathered some information of what you do during your set hours and how it impacts the environment over the weekend , we would have enough information to start compiling together after the weekend. All members of the group were happy to do this and we all liked the idea of creating a video that would relate to each of us and may make us think about the little things that we could do to help the environment.

We meet up again after the weekend and everyone put their content out on the table so that we could start the process of what to include and what to leave out . Not long after we took a step back and asked ourselves if we were really answering the question . We came to the conclusion that we would discuss the pros and cons of working in the online world and the offline worlds. We made a google document that we could all start adding content to so that no individual would be left doing all of the work . We felt this way everyone would be contributing to the project. We were all in agreement with the content we began collecting humorous images and audio to add to the entertainment factor for out presentation .
